Overnight Arrival Information
Overnight Arrival:
4-week campers arrive June 23, 2012, at Eisenhower Hall.
Fitness Rangers, Raider and Junior Rangers report from 10am to 2pm. Please park in the Parade Field lot off of the Eagle Road entrance.
All luggage will be transported from the Parade Field to the Barracks by Counselors.

4-week campers depart July 20, 2012 from the Parade Field after Awards Ceremony.
All parents are invited to arrive between the hours of 11:45am and 12:15pm. Please park in the South Parking Lot off of Radnor Street Road. A buffet luncheon will be served under a tent outside of Eisenhower Hall for parents and family members prior to the Award Ceremony. The Award Ceremony begins at 12:15pm and concludes at 1:30pm.
After the ceremony, parents must check-out their campers from the barracks. Parental signatures are required on the sign-out sheets at each barracks. All are invited to a free lunch prior to departure.
Please note the following:
All belongings must be removed from the camper’s rooms or the storage facility prior to departure.
All medications MUST be picked by parents from the Health Center.
Any medications and belongings remaining on campus after camp will be disposed of promptly.
VFMA&C will not be responsible for any possessions left on campus.
